Pet Science Limited – Policies & Procedures

ORDERING:

1. All orders for shipment of 15 units or more will be shipped pre-paid freight.
   There are no minimum orders on accessories. (an accessory is any product excluding pet food & cat litter).

RETURNS:

1. Pet Science Ltd., has a 100% guarantee return policy.
   If for any reason you are not happy with a product we will accept it back in its original condition, for a full
   credit. The only exception to this is outdated product, which can not be returned for credit.
2. Products can be returned for full credit with up to six months
   before expiry date and in new condition only!
3. Customers in our delivery area can return products with Pet Science Ltd drivers with no
   preauthorization.
4. Common carrier customers please ccontact our office for authorization prior to sending any product back for credit.
5. All return product is subject to a 15% restocking charge.

DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES:

1. Any damages or shortages must be reported on delivery or within 24 hours of delivery of goods.
2. Damaged goods received by Common Carrier (not on Pet Science Ltd trucks) must be reported
   immediately upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted on the Bill Of Lading
   with the drivers signature. Then fax the Bill Of Lading to Pet Science.

PAYMENT AND TERMS:

1. 2% C.O.D., Net 30 days (subject to Pet Science Ltd. credit approval.) To receive 2% discount cheque
   must be dated the day of delivery.
2. All invoices past 30 day term will be assessed 1.5% finance charge on a monthly basis.
3. All new stores are C.O.D. unless they have been pre-approved with our credit department.
4. All N.S.F. cheques will be assessed a $25.00 service charge, and any customers with 2 -N.S.F.
   cheques will be put on C.O.D., cash, certified cheque or wire transfer.
5. We accept Visa & Mastercard for all purchases. *Note 2% C.O.D. does not apply to
   these purchases.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS: (includes all Pet Science products)

• Orders for shipment of $1500.00 or more will receive a discount of 2% off invoice.
• Orders for shipment of $3000.00 or more will receive a discount of 4% off invoice.
